The Emerald Exchange returns on Saturday, March 18th, to the same gorgeous Malibu mountaintop where we last met, to showcase world class, sun-grown cannabis products to the Southern California market.

We all are so lucky to share this experience with the land of Great Spirits Ranch. As the Emerald Exchange team says, ‘we didn’t choose the land, the land chose us’. With that we ask that if you do smoke, please take a seat and enjoy your smoke in a designated area. Extinguish completely and dispose in the provided places before moving on.

Friday Load-in

Patient Verification

This is a Farmer’s Market, not just a demo! Vendors and Sponsors can provide cannabis to medical patients who will be verified at the box office and will have a wristband which verifies their ability to make a donation.

Any patients without proof of their medical status will be identifiable throughout the event.

Join the Collective

ALL vendors and sponsors must be registered with our Collective, which will be the first step of confirming your involvement once your application is approved.

From Day to Evening

Market Area is active from Noon to Sundown. As the sun sets, we switch gears and shift towards the Art/Party space.

All Sponsored Activations will be open noon to midnight. Examples of Sponsored Activations include tea lounge, coffee shop, spa, hash dome, sound healing, etc. Sponsorships at the Gold level or higher include personal consultation with the event producer to create a brand environment, a special feature on your farm/brand on our social channels, and priority involvement on future Emerald Exchange events.

All sponsorship levels will be listed on the Emerald Exchange website with a link out to the online platform of your choice. Also included is a unique VIP gift experience designed to maximize Marketplace interactions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What about power?

5 amps of power is included, but vendors must bring their own power strips and extensions. For an additional fee, we can provide extra cords, chairs, tables, and up to 20 amps of electricity.

When are payments due?

Once we have approved your application, you are not confirmed until we receive your non-refundable deposit, which consists of half of your dues. Deposits are due by January 27th, with Final Payment due on February 24th.

Can I camp out onsite before/after the event?

We included a survey question in the form to gauge interest in hotels, car camping, and tent camping. Based on your feedback and needs, we will make appropriate arrangements.  We intend to make setup and teardown as easy and convenient as possible!

Can I upgrade my sponsorship level?

Yes, as long as higher level sponsorship slots are still available. Unfortunately all Vendor and Sponsorship deposits are non-refundable.
